HOW TO BOOK A PROPERTY INSPECTION

Niagara Region has retained OZA Inspection Ltd. to conduct pre-construction Property Inspections for all affected properties within the project area.

Inspections will include an interior/exterior survey, including photographs.  There is no cost to you.  All documentation will be kept confidential.  All Inspectors carry Photo ID.

Property Owners are encourage to book an Inspection as soon as possible, even as construction activity has already started.
